HiveLive17 brings together insight and advice from leading experts in the wedding industry all under one roof at the B.LOVED Hive.

This 2-day event is an exciting opportunity to connect with your peers, ask those burning questions that have been keeping you awake at night and motivate you to move your business forwards with intention and clarity.

It’s not always been easy and there’s no escaping that running your own business can be a frustrating and lonely place.  I’ve been fortunate to have built an awesome network of talented and creative individuals over the years, but I’ve often wished there had been an event where I could find the information and support I needed to grow. 

So I decided to do something about it, and I’m delighted to announce our inaugural HiveLive event, new at the B.LOVED Hive for 2017.

Day One

The day will begin with advice from Sandy Moretta and Bernadette Chapman, Founders of the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners, who will be sharing her knowledge on pricing your business to drive a profit.

Following a delicious lunch, Louise Beukes will be sharing her tips for finding clients through online media, including tips on creating engaging social media content and getting yourself published on the blogs you love.

Andri Benson, owner of leading wedding planning and coordination consultancy Always Andri, will round off the day with practical advice on time management and how to achieve the elusive work / life balance!

Day Two

Day two is tailored to provide invaluable advice and support for business start-ups and those in the early stages of running a business.

With a wealth of experience in business development, Louise Beukes will be sharing her insight on how to successfully manage the leap into running your business full time.

This is followed by Michelle Kelly, founder of Pocketful of Dreams and Fearless Authentic, who will talk you through branding and marketing, including advice on how to create and sustain your own unique identity.

Finally, Ceri Olofson of Candour & Polish will demystify SEO and Copywriting for a successful business, sharing simple principles that will change the way you write forever and get your copy working harder for you.

Each day will round up with a panel Q&A, allowing you the opportunity to pick the brains of some of the industry’s leading figures, and is finished off with cocktails – the perfect opportunity to network with peers and meet the speakers face-to-face.
